Tim Jenis

Tim represents the interests of U.S. and internationally-based primary insurers in the areas of insurance law, cyber and technology E&O, professional liability/ E&O, management liability/ D&O, reinsurance and first party insurance. Tim’s practice includes the monitoring of underlying litigation and incidents and providing coverage analyses, frequent interaction with defense and breach counsel, outside vendors, and other professionals in developing defense, resolution and loss containment strategies; and negotiating and achieving resolution of claims. His practice also includes the drafting of policy wordings and endorsements.

In law school, Tim was a member of Suffolk University Law School’s Journal of Health and Biomedical Law where he served as a staff member before being promoted to note editor. Tim has professional legal experience in both law firm and in-house settings and during the spring 2022 law school semester, he worked as a legal extern in the Boston Red Sox’s corporate counsel team.
